Our wedding photographs are A-MAZ-ING! We love them! Not being local to Manchester. we had to find a photographer by reading reviews and relying on testamonials. We can now honestly say that everything that everyone has said is true! Colin and Aldo were brilliant on the day- really friendly and made us feel at ease. COLIN IS THE BEST!. Look no further for the Best - I was looking for just a local photographer for some form of reminiscence photo for our 3rd wedding anniversary and then we stumbled on Neilson Reeves website. From the moment I spoke with Colin, it has been an amazing experience. His photo sessions were a treat of a life time which took us on a 'wowing' journey. Relaxed approach but impeccable professionalism which is a rare mix. What about the photos? Excellent!!! I don’t think I could get better quality anywhere else - Great concept and ideas with a Midas finishing torch. My friends are always in a ‘wow’ mode when they see the photos as they are full of many compliments. All thanks to Colin and thank God our paths crossed.

The first time we used Colin back in 2009 we were a little sceptical about using a photographer but after meeting Colin and seeing the end results it was clear to see we should have had him on board from day one! All the photographs were of excellent quality and really highlighted our sponsors and branding, the professionalism on the day was exceptional and he really captured those key moments which we would have missed before. Colin really goes out of his way to make everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera and is this reason why we would recommend him to anyone out there!

I found Colin after our original wedding photographer pulled out 7 weeks before the day. Colin was helpful, professional and put us all at ease during our initial communication and went out of his way to make sure he didn't pressure us, sorting a package which worked for us. During the day he was very professional and put us all at ease despite the fact neither of us are particularly 'fond' of the camera. Everyone who has seen the photos have complimented them and we definitely think in hindsight it was fortunate our original photographer pulled out. So glad we booked Colin. People were asking if he was actually a guest as he made everyone feel so at ease including myself which I think is very important on the big day. Guests were also saying the "photographers great".......for them to say that without seeing any photos tells you just how he comfortable he made the guests feel. Experience is one of Colins greatest assets.There a hundreds of college-to-camera amateurs out there at half the price but personally i wanted the biggest day of my live to be done properly. I dont need to mention the quality of his work as the website speaks for itself. If you plan on having a sub standard wedding then get yourself a sub standard photographer but if you want the best day of your life to be photographed at the highest possible standard i strongly advise you to choose Colin. Once we had met Colin , we knew he was the man for the job ! . Such a wonderful charming man , great sense of humor and put us both at ease straight away . Colin made our day even more special , all our guests was asking were we had found him and what a top guy he is . His pictures are not only fabulous , but whilst he is taking them you feel as though he is a friend that you have had for years and you can act so natural and comfortable in front of him . The day went by so fast , but thankfully we have an amazing set of photo's to treasure forever due to him capturing every part of the day for us. Colin really is a smashing man , his work is outstanding and I would recommend him to anyone if you want the best photo's of your event you will not go wrong trust me !! From the moment I picked up the phone to Colin I was at ease, talking to Colin is like talking to an old friend- he really is a fantastic guy! Our decision was made easy when we visited Colin & Karen- we immediately knew that he was the perfect person to photograph our special day. His photography is amazing; we viewed previous wedding albums alongside his other work (babies/ landscapes etc) and absolutely loved it! As someone who is not particularly fond of the camera one of the most important things was that I felt completely at ease around Colin, Aldo & Karen, I knew my friends and family would feel that way too. On the day Colin arrived at around 10am and amidst the stress that was getting myself, 4 bridesmaids and 1 flower girl ready he managed to get some fantastic photographs that tell the story of my day to the last detail. When he went to photograph my Husband and his Grooms Men he got some amazing shots of 1 very nervous Groom (and friends) which seemed to capture each of their personalities/ thoughts/ feelings to a T. Although we weren’t graced with the good weather for the full day Colin and his team worked with what we had and managed to get some brilliant photographs within the spaces that were not too wet or windy at the time. Because of the unfortunate weather in the morning, Colin and the team stayed an extra 3 hours to make the most of the sunshine in the afternoon/ evening- we are so grateful for this as it was during this time he got some of the most beautiful pictures. Everyone who attended my wedding commented on how good Colin was and how he made them feel at ease; the result of his work on the day is absolutely amazing!! I love the photographs and will be so proud to show off my fantastic album, I will treasure it for the rest of my life. For anyone who is considering Colin to capture their special day I absolutely recommend that you go with him; you will not find a better person to make your guests feel relaxed and capture every tiny detail of your day- he has an amazing talent and the team are so lovely. We want to say a huge thank you to Colin for the amazing wedding album that he created for us. We wanted him to do our wedding photograpy after seeing past examples of his work - and he did not disappoint. We got married on one of the most snowy weekends of 2010 - and yet he still arrived on time and was very professional. We wanted an album full of fun lively non-formal pictures, and this was definitely acheived. He had to do a lot of running around to capture the post dinner singing - which resulted in photos that really capture the feel of the day! He put both us and our guests at complete ease, and this is shown in the fabulous photos created. The final album is amazing, and we have had many compliments on it from family and friends. Our company employed Colin to photograph the first Rowlands Pharmacy Staff Conference in 2010. Colin was absolutely fantastic on the day with all our staff and was only too happy to accomodate any of our specific requests. The photos were excellent and they really captured the atmosphere at the event. We have since used a number of these photos in internal communications regarding the conference. Colin is a genuinely nice guy and you only had to give him a rough idea of what you wanted to capture and he would know exactly how to get the shot! Our next conference is being planned and one of the first people I phoned was Colin to book him in advance! I am looking forward to working with him again soon.

I don't really know where to start with Colin? First of all, what a genuinely nice bloke he is! He felt more like a guest/friend at our wedding than our photographer. My wife and i don't like having our pictures taken but Colin and his team really make you feel at ease. He gets you laughing, instantly making you relax. And the end product is just mind blowing. Our pictures look absolutely fantastic! You are not just booking a photographer with Colin, you are booking an experience. From start to finish, it has been an absolute pleasure working with him and his team. As father of the groom at the wedding of Darryl & Jenny on Saturday 26th June 2010, on behalf of my wife Gillian and I, I wish to submit a testimonial for photographer Mr Colin Boulter for the contribution Colin made to our special day. When we first went to see Colin to discuss him taking the photographs for Darryl & Jenny’s wedding, Colin made us feel very welcome, explained and showed us what the choices of photographs he could provide, how much things would cost and gave us great confidence the day would be recorded in pictures that told the story of the wedding. Prior to the day, Colin made contact and confirmed he was organised with locations and people. On the morning of the wedding day, Colin spent time at Jenny’s parent’s house photographing Jenny, her dad and the bridesmaids through the stages of them getting ready and prepared. He then met up with Darryl and the men taking group pictures with great imagination which showed their excitement and co-ordination. He also took a picture of Jenny’s mum using window light that is in the album and one of Jenny’s favourites. During the wedding ceremony, Colin discreetly took photo’s candidly showing family and friends emotions of the wedding and then captured lovely scenes of everyone coming out of the church to met the new Mr & Mrs White and then having fun outside the church as they threw confetti. The family and friends group photographs at the hotel were spectacular including some amazing shots of Darryl & Jenny and photo’s of the children with priceless expressions on their faces. The photo album and the individual photographs are quite simply the best wedding photographs we have ever seen and a just reward for the time and effort Colin put in on the day. The way Colin worked with the guests, organised them with a touch of humour and cared so much for what he wanted to achieve and then delivered photographs of such high quality, showed that Colin is not only a ambassador in the field of photography, he also excelled in customer service. I competed this year to loose weight with Rowlands Pharmacy and WISH FM doing the Celebrity Slim Challenge! No i didnt win but had a fabulous time trying!! Neilson Reeves kindly did the photography all the way thru from before photos to after. Colin put us all at ease with his fun sense of humour and funny comments! The photographs after were of excellent quality and were available to view almost straight away. We had an amazing day, but out of all the people that put in such a sterling effort to make the day so perfect, Neilson really went the extra mile. He managed to get everyone involved, and everyone warmed to him - I couldnt believe how many of our guests were asking for his details by the end of the day!
