Event photography pricing

The price of our conference and event photography service can be found on the price tables below. These time saving price tables help our customer’s:

  • Plan and budget photography cost quickly without the need to email us for a quote
  • The service has been packaged into 3 blocks of hours that will be close to your conference of event time frame
  • If a package doesn’t fit your requirement exactly you will find an hour rate to calculate additional costs
  • The price of our service includes post production and your event will be photographed by business owner and master photographer Colin Boulter.

Event photography delivery

Your event and conference photography will be ready within 3-5 working days because each image has to be checked to ensure composition, colour and clarity all meet our event photography standards. Same day turnaround and live social media sharing is also available see price table below.

  • Your photography will be delivered using our state of the art cloud based download and sharing system.
  • This cloud based system allows you to download your photography in different sizes/resolutions – high resolution for print, medium and low for website, social and email.
  • The cloud download area will be available for a few years after your event and can be accessed anywhere in the world should you need a picture for a presentation or to send to a printer for promo material.

Second Shooter

Large events or conferences can benefit from a second shooter to ensure all aspects of the brief can be captured especially when parts of the event run simultaneously or you simply have lots of detail you want capturing like exhibitions stands, posters etc. A second shooter is the understudy of the master photographer and is trained to a much higher standard than many of the point, shoot and hope for the best photographers this ease of entry industry attracts, so your in guaranteed great results.

Service prices

Live Social Sharing

Sharing images across social media channels on the same day is a great way create buzz around the event or conference as it unfolds. This results in lots more followers, tweets and retweets from motivated delegates and the wider social network, raising even more awareness of your event and brand. We can offer this service because the master photographer shoots beautifully composed images straight out of the camera and doesn’t rely on hours of Photoshop digital image manipulation to deliver professional quality images as lots of photographers do these days.

Next Day Turnaround

This option is ideal for customers who, for whatever reason, need their conference event photography the very next day, as oppose to our 3-5 standard turnaround. Your photography will be checked, colour corrected, plus sharpness and contrast enhancements made to all high resolution files making them ready to print or share for Press and PR. This optional service is available with advanced notice and an agreement of the number of images you can expect.
