Virgin Media takes all it’s engineers off the road and sends them to the Cinema

Anybody who visited the Trafford Centre Manchester last Tuesday (16 April 2013) would have been treated to a sycronised display of red, no, it wasn’t the red arrows flying over head, but a 150 red and white virgin media vans all parked in the car park. For 3 hours on Tuesday morning Virgin Media gathered up all it’s service engineers and took them to the Odean Cinema at the Trafford Centre for a short film and presentation about some changes within the company that will benefit both customer service and the engineers work life balance.
